About Us

Our Dream Academy and Wellness Center is not just a school, but it is a sanctuary for learning, healing, and birthing new humanity. We are devoted to raise conscious leaders by creating a supportive and nurturing environment for each student to excel and develop their unique gifts and talents. We challenge children to imagine new ideas, solve problems in new ways and see the world in a new light. Our Dream Academy empowers students to dive deeper into exploration to experience emotions, feelings, thoughts as well as learn about this world, our body and mind.

Who We Serve

We serve students who are highly sensitive, gifted, and high energy. We also offer 5D Teacher Training Certification that is offered globally, conscious parenting programs for mothers and fathers as well as birth doula, midwifery, conscious conception, pregnancy, and newborn education.

Our vision is to help every learner develop as independent, creative thinkers who can act with a sense of responsibility and compassion.

Multi-age groupings and project-based learning lets students explore what they love.

Early Childhood Preschool, ages 2-3
Early Childhood Kindergarten, ages 3-5
Early Elementary, ages 5-8
Intermediate Elementary, ages 8-10
Middle School, ages 11-13
Junior High School, ages 13-15
Senior High School, ages 15-18

Our Dream Academy Teaching model

Immersion:

Group experience for learning teamwork-working together on different projects that would benefit Planet Earth and Humanity.

Mentorships:

One-on-one experience, where a student has specific mentor for learning a specefic skill.

Apprenticeships:

Immersive experience that includes working in a particular area or leading his/her own project idea. It can lead to more depth training in that specific area.

Internships:

These experiences lead to taking on a function in a particular area of interest. it is designed specifically for each student.

About Our Dream Academy

How do adults interact with children in Our Dream Academy?

Our Dream Academy teachers and caregivers are trained to participate as mentors in children's activities. Our Dream Academy training emphasizes positive interaction strategies: sharing control with children, focusing on children's strengths, forming authentic relationships with children, supporting children's ideas, and adopting a problem-solving approach to social conflict. The teacher’s dialogue with the child avoids questions that the teacher knows the answer to. It is authentic dialogue, aimed to support the child in her learning and development as a person.

How do Our Dream Academy teachers handle discipline?

Our Dream Academy teachers avoid using punishment and reward as tools for managing students behavior. When behavior problems arise, we avoid isolating the child, instead encouraging the child to discuss the problem with the adult or with others involved. This problem-solving approach helps children develop social skills and become more aware of the impact of their actions on others.

Teachers Education and Training

We offer 5D Teacher Training for our teachers and staff. Teachers have to learn about themselves, be part of self care classes, and constantly doing personal transformational inner work, to become aware of their vibration, values, and beliefs, and how these are influencing their everyday contact with the children.
