Student Life and Community

We offer non-competitive athletics and many outdoor sport activities all year. We are surrounded by beautiful Red Rock mountains and many hiking trails. Sports activities include basketball, football, soccer, tennis, bike riding, jogging, hiking, swimming, and more. Indoor games are also popular, especially chess, ping pong, and more. Our sports and activities are focused on physical wellbeing, brain development, and teaching valuable positive traits. 

Our Dream Academy is an international school and we strive to cultivate global awareness. We help students understand and appreciate cultural differences worldwide. Our teachers show students how daily choices affect people globally. This builds a stronger understanding of our connected world.

Our campus grounds are focused on sustainability practices and home to many different types of plants and trees. We grow vegetables, fruits, nuts, herbs, and flowers. These are all naturally grown without GMOs. Students learn how to garden the natural way. This includes things like making compost and caring for soil. They learn to save seeds, plant crops, and use greenhouses. Students also get hands-on experience with crop care. They discover safe ways to handle pests. Weeding and harvesting are also part of the training. Gardening offers a special kind of calm and healing. It's a therapeutic activity. Students gain useful life skills and they also find peace in the quiet garden. Gardening helps students to develop many good traits like requires flexibility, grace, and attentiveness.

We empower students to see the world with kindness. We teach them that they are part of one large family. This understanding makes their service efforts stronger. It encourages them to help others. Together we can build a better future.

Our Dream Academy has on-campus library where students are encouraged to nurture intellectual and scientific curiosities and are empowered to read in their quest for any knowledge desired. Any topic of interest to a student is supported by making materials available. Many donations of books are given to support our school. The libraries on campus keep expanding and are an unfolding blessing to all of us.

Nourishing meals await our students, grown with care in our organic gardens. Our dedicated team crafts every dish on-site with love. Enjoy your meal in the bright cafeteria or under the open sky at our picnic tables.

The campus of Our Dream Academy is a very special place of learning for our children and teens. We created a tranquil environment to empower future leaders. We teach students how-to live-in harmony with nature, protect ecosystems, and become the future of the earth by implementing zero waste program and making immense leap forward in innovations to save the planet.

Students are encouraged to participate in events, which can include presentations of their academic work, musical performances, theater performances, school camping and field trips, and other monthly events.
